The organization operates exclusively for charitable, educational, advocacy, civic, humanitarian, and community-development purposes in accordance with applicable Philippine laws and regulations governing non-profit entities.

MAHAL Advocacy is committed to advancing advocacy initiatives, educational programming, community engagement, and resource accessibility in furtherance of its organizational mission and public service objectives. All donations, grants, sponsorships, and contributions received by MAHAL Advocacy are voluntary and shall be used solely to support the organization’s lawful programs, operations, initiatives, and administrative functions.

No part of the organization’s income or assets shall inure to the benefit of any trustee, officer, member, or private individual except as permitted by law and authorized for reasonable compensation or reimbursement in furtherance of the organization’s nonprofit purposes.

Trademark & Intellectual Property Notice

“MAHAL Advocacy™,” including its name, logos, branding, visual identity, slogans, publications, educational materials, website content, advocacy campaigns, graphics, and related intellectual property, are legally protected trademarks and proprietary materials of MAHAL Advocacy under applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293), and applicable international intellectual property protections.

Unauthorized reproduction, use, modification, distribution, publication, imitation, or commercial exploitation of MAHAL Advocacy’s trademarks, branding, or proprietary materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Use of the MAHAL Advocacy name, logo, or branding for fundraising, commercial activity, political endorsement, representation, or public affiliation without express written authorization from the organization is prohibited and may result in legal action.
